This session is the foundation for every coaching package. It ensures that support is thoughtful, personalized, and aligned with your child’s nervous system, not rushed or one-size-fits-all.

During this session, we will:

• Look at your child through regulation, communication style, and sensory needs

• Identify why certain approaches haven’t worked (and what that tells us)

• Clarify what behaviors are communicating

• Outline realistic, supportive next steps you can begin right away

• Decide together whether ongoing coaching is the right fit
